Here's a shot I took of waterspouts that we saw on our first day at the beach. They were amazing to watch and at one point there were 5 of them.
I have always loved the water. The beach is one of my favorite places to be. The sun, the sound of the waves lapping at the shore, and that wonderful "beach" smell.
Erik and I on the beach.We had a wonderful time up at the cottage. There was a mixed bag of weather so we had great swims, long walks on the beach, photo tours of the countryside, a bit of star gazing, campfires and marshmallows, and poker at night. Now that we're back it'll be about 20 loads of laundry for me and alot of catching up with my fave blogs. Imagine-no internet for a week!!!
