Continuing with the Inner Works altered book collaboration, today I'm revealing to you my four pages that I did in Roxanne's book. Her theme was Earth Tones - the color, music or traditions of our world.
For my interpretation of Roxanne's theme, I focused on the natural elements. Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
I included the elemental symbol for each and a dictionary definition or a descriptive phrase.
I made use of color, texture and some added ephemera and found objects to visually describe earth, air, fire and water.
